Order preparation

Every Petalume arrangement is handcrafted with care. Preparation time depends on current availability and the design you choose. We’ll confirm an estimated preparation and dispatch timeframe before accepting your order.

Australia-wide delivery

Delivery is available throughout Australia by arrangement, subject to your location, suitable transport services and conditions. Please provide your postcode when enquiring so we can confirm availability.

Delivery costs and estimated transit times will be quoted and agreed with you before your order is confirmed. Preparation time and transit time are separate. A requested arrival date is not guaranteed unless we expressly agree to it.

Local pickup by appointment

Local pickup is available by prior arrangement at Westfield Airport West, Airport West, Victoria.

This is an agreed meeting location, not a Petalume shop or permanent collection counter. We’ll arrange the specific meeting point, date and time directly with you once the order is ready. Please don't attend without a confirmed appointment.

Packaging, heat and handling

Our decorative scented wax flowers are delicate and may soften, distort or become damaged when exposed to heat, direct sunlight or rough handling. We package orders with care and may discuss alternative delivery arrangements or delays where transport or weather conditions create a risk.

Delays or delivery issues

If we learn of a significant delay, we'll contact you to discuss available options. If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect or has another problem, please contact us with the order details and photographs where possible. Your rights and remedies under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

Returns and refunds

We offer eligible change-of-mind returns or exchanges when you contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving or collecting your order. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full terms and information about faulty goods.
