Thoughtful gifts, delivered with care.

Australia-wide delivery

We offer Australia-wide delivery by arrangement. We'll confirm preparation time, available shipping options, charges and expected delivery timing before accepting your order. Our decorative wax flowers need careful handling and are sensitive to heat.

Pickup at Airport West

Local pickup is now available by prior arrangement at Westfield Airport West, Airport West, Victoria. We’ll confirm a specific meeting point and appointment time when your arrangement is ready. This is a meeting location, not a permanent Petalume retail store.

Returns and exchanges

You can request an eligible change-of-mind return or exchange by contacting Petalume within 7 calendar days of receiving or collecting your order, then return the item within an agreed timeframe. Conditions apply. Your Australian Consumer Law rights remain unchanged.
