When you enquire, the form requests your name, email address, delivery postcode, product interest and message. You may also provide your mobile number, an occasion and a preferred delivery date. Please avoid including payment card details or sensitive personal information in your enquiry.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond to your request, discuss product availability and provide delivery information or a quote. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing messages.

Website enquiries are processed using Netlify Forms, with notification messages directed to Petalume’s Gmail inbox. These services may process or store data outside Australia. Please consult their current privacy information for more detail.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to limit access to enquiry records. The precise retention and deletion period is being finalised. Do not treat the site as a secure place to submit financial details.
